Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
1. Non-Refundable Products
Once a course is accessed or downloaded, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical issue preventing access
- Incorrect charge

3. Processing Time
